At The Branded Rancher, each branded item is custom-made to order. As such, all sales on branded items are final and non-refundable. We stand behind the quality of our work. Should you require shipping services, we take great care in packaging your order. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you may request replacement within 14 days of delivery.
