What is your return policy?
At The Branded Rancher, each branded item is custom made to order. As such, all sales on branded items are final and non-refundable, non-exchangeable.
Can I commission a special branded item?
Yes! Let us create and source something unique and one-of-a-kind for you! With our background in interior design, we can curate art, accessories, decor, and ALL the details for your special branded item. Please inquire for details on commissioned pieces.
What is your custom branding iron policy?
At The Branded Rancher, we are proud to offer custom hot iron branding with your own unique logo or design. Please note:
We do not sell or release branding irons. All custom irons remain the property of The Branded Rancher.
One-time customization fee: Customers pay a one-time fee for their unique design. After this initial setup, future orders using the same design will not require an additional customization fee. Size of brand determines fee.
In-house only: Custom irons ordered will be securely retained by The Branded Rancher and used exclusively on your projects.
This policy allows us to ensure quality, safety, and consistency while offering you the benefit of reusing your custom design for future purchases. By placing a custom branding iron order, you agree to this policy.
Do you offer custom branding iron design?
Absolutely. We can brand initials, ranch marks, logos, or fully custom designs. There will be a branding iron customization fee for custom iron fabrication. If you don’t already have a brand or design, we’re happy to help create one for you. There will be an additional design fee if you would like our help with creating your design.
What materials can you brand?
We specialize in natural materials like leather and wood, as well as some sturdy textiles. If you have something else in mind, reach out—we’re happy to discuss custom options.
Can I provide my own items to be branded?
Yes! For most projects, we’re able to brand customer-supplied items, as long as they’re made from materials that can withstand the high heat of the branding irons. We’ll need to review a photo or description to confirm, as well as work out delivery or shipping details.
How much does it cost to brand something I own?
Pricing varies depending on the item, design complexity, and quantity. Custom quotes are available for all projects, and we are happy to offer bulk discounts for larger orders.
What’s the turnaround time for orders placed? Do you ship?
Most custom orders are ready within 1 week or less, depending on the size and complexity of your project, with free, local pick up in the Newport Beach, Orange County, California area. We do offer shipping services as well. Shipping cost as well as sales tax will be added to product total.
Can I book you for a private, corporate, or pop-up market event?
Absolutely. Our live branding station is a great fit for events of any kind. We can customize merchandise with your logo brand for extra impact. We’re based in Orange County, California, but we’re happy to travel for events. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
What do you bring to private events?
We provide everything needed: branding tools, a table setup, and an experienced branding artist. You can supply the items to be branded, or we can bring a curated selection.
How many items can you brand at a live event?
On average, we can brand 20–40 items per hour depending on the complexity of the design and setup. We’ll help you plan accordingly based on your guest count.
